I placed each pea, variety “Aloha”, carefully with the required distance (3 to 5 centimeters or 1 to 2 inches). “Aloha” is well suited for early spring planting, it is resistant to downy mildew and grows bushy, so it needs little climbing support.


The carrots seeds are small and flimsy, this is why I like using seed stripes to place them into the soil. It is important to water the stripes before covering them with soil, and than water again, in order for the water to dissolve.
